Terms and Conditions

1.Resellers who introduce new customers or new lines of business to Dell Technologies under the New Business Incentive (NBI) program are eligible to receive double the standard reward. Opportunities must be registered through Dell Technologies’ Partner Portal. Eligibility for double rewards is subject to verification that the customer or line of business is new to Dell Technologies.

2.Promotional period 02nd Feb 2026 to 01st May 2026. Resellers must claim via the claim page to be eligible for the prize. (Prizes must be claimed by 10th May 2026).Rewards will be sent out up to 4 weeks after the promotion ends. Orders must be placed and received within the promotional period. Partners whose orders are not invoiced or returned within 3 months of the promotional end date may be required to return reward.

3.One Claim per PO, per gate; Claim must be made with an approved PO on the claims page. Orders valued between $30,000ex to $49,999ex will be eligible to claim $200 e-mastercard; Is limited to the first 10 eligible claims, capped at 1 claim per customer. Purchase Orders valued between $50,000ex to $99,999ex will be eligible to claim a $450 e-mastercard; Is limited to the first 10 eligible claims, capped at 1 claim per customer. Purchase Orders valued between $100,000ex to $149,999ex will be eligible to claim a $700 e-mastercard; Is limited to the first 3 eligible claims, capped at 1 per customer. Purchase Orders valued at $150,000ex and over will be eligible to claim a $1,400 e-mastercard; Is limited to the first 2 eligible claims, capped at 1 per customer. Claims are honoured on a first in first served basis. Ingram Micro reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time, without prior notice. The invoice amount must be in AUD, and ex GST. Purchase orders cannot be split to hit multiple thresholds. Eligible products are any Dell Technologies product (namely, Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Monitors, Accessories, or Warranties product, and no other product), and Dell Storage Infrastructure Solutions (namely, Data Protection, Data Storage (PowerStore, Unity XT, VxRail, DataDomain, PowerMax, PowerScale, Powervault, PowerFlex and SC-Series), HyperConverged Infrastructure product. Does not include Warranties products, Dell EMC renewals and Dell Pro-AV. The value of the eligible Dell Technologies components on the Purchase order must exceed threshold. Value cannot include any other vendors. Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the reward recipient and their employer.
